Terms & Conditions - Hotel Sonar Bangla

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking a stay at Hotel Sonar Bangla, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
A valid Government ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm the booking, depending on the property and season.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made through our official contact channels. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided:

7 days or more before arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees).
3-6 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours: No refund/100% cancellation charge.

5. Guest Conduct & Safety

Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the property. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged directly to the guest. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel policies.

6. Events & Banquet Halls

For weddings and corporate events, separate contracts will be signed. The hotel is not responsible for any external vendors brought in by the client unless specifically approved in writing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
